Week 1 Update: NSMA Member Spencer Tomsett Covers U-20 World Cup in Chile

Here's the latest from Spencer Tomsett (back row, second from left in white shirt), PhD, an NSMA member who is covering the FIFA men's Under-20 World Cup in Chile:

"Started our classes today; every Monday-Friday while I’m in town. Went to a local university before lunch then heading to the stadiums.

USA had its first match against New Caledonia and set a record:

most goals scored by the USA in the U-20 WC, winning by a score of 9-1!! I also had the opportunity to interview the coach and their captain, Benjamin Cremaschi, the star of the game; both were great to chat with. Should be publishing my articles to the AIPS website
